TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Eligibility

The competition is open to students under the age of 18 who are currently living or studying in Vietnam.
Participants may enter individually or through their schools or art centers. For participants under the legal age, registration and participation must be made with the knowledge and consent of a parent or legal guardian.

2. Artwork Requirements

Each submitted artwork must:

Be the participant's original creation.
Follow the official competition theme and submission guidelines.
Meet the required artwork specifications announced by the Organizing Committee.
Not contain offensive, discriminatory, unlawful, violent, political, or inappropriate content.

The Organizing Committee reserves the right to reject any artwork that does not comply with these requirements.

3. Intellectual Property

3.1 Originality and Ownership

All submitted artworks must be the original creation of the participant. By entering the competition, the participant and their parent or legal guardian confirm that the artwork is authentic, independently created, and that all copyrights belong to the participant.

Participants are responsible for ensuring that their submissions do not infringe upon the copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or any other intellectual property rights or legitimate interests of any third party.

The Organizing Committee shall not be liable for any legal disputes arising from copyright infringement or ownership claims. Any legal responsibility resulting from such disputes shall be borne solely by the participant and/or their parent or legal guardian.

3.2 Copyright Ownership

The copyright of each submitted artwork shall remain with the participant.

By participating in the competition, the participant grants MiaArt International Company Limited, International Art Panorama (IAP), and their authorized partners a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, photograph, digitize, display, publish, resize, crop, optimize layout, distribute, archive, and promote the submitted artwork for purposes related to the competition, including but not limited to:

Competition administration and judging;
Domestic and international exhibitions;
Award ceremonies;
Printed and digital catalogues;
Official websites and social media platforms;
Press releases and media publications;
Educational and archival purposes;
Future promotion of the competition and related programs.

Any resizing, cropping, or layout adjustment will only be made for publication or exhibition purposes and shall not alter the artistic content of the artwork.

Whenever reasonably practicable, the participant's name will be credited alongside the artwork.

3.3 Commercial Use

The Organizing Committee may use submitted artworks free of charge for official competition, exhibition, educational, archival, reporting, and promotional purposes.

However, the Organizing Committee shall not sell, license, or commercially exploit any submitted artwork as an independent commercial product without obtaining prior written consent from the participant and/or their parent or legal guardian.

Should any commercial collaboration involving a submitted artwork arise in the future, a separate written agreement shall be established between the relevant parties.

3.4 Copyright Disputes

If a copyright or ownership dispute arises before, during, or after the competition, the participant shall be responsible for providing sufficient evidence of authorship and originality.

The Organizing Committee reserves the right to suspend judging, revoke awards, remove artworks from exhibitions or publications, or disqualify participants if copyright infringement or false authorship is confirmed.

3.5 AI-generated Content

All artworks must primarily reflect the participant's own creativity and artistic expression.

Artwork that is entirely generated by artificial intelligence (AI), or substantially created using AI tools without significant original artistic contribution from the participant, is not eligible unless otherwise announced by the Organizing Committee.

3.6 Photography and Media Rights

Participants agree that photographs, videos, interviews, and recordings of their artworks and participation in competition activities may be captured and published by the Organizing Committee for educational, promotional, documentary, media, and communication purposes without additional compensation.

3.7 Exhibition Rights

Selected artworks may be exhibited at the Louvre Museum Exhibition, international touring exhibitions, or other official exhibitions organized by IAP or its authorized partners.

The Organizing Committee reserves the right to determine exhibition schedules, curation, display format, transportation, and presentation of all selected artworks.

3.8 Artwork Preservation and Return

The Organizing Committee will make reasonable efforts to preserve artworks during collection, transportation, storage, and exhibition.

However, MiaArt International Company Limited, International Art Panorama (IAP), and their authorized partners shall not be held liable for any damage or loss resulting from circumstances beyond their reasonable control, including but not limited to force majeure, transportation incidents, customs inspections, venue-related accidents, or natural disasters.

Original artworks submitted for exhibition purposes may not be returned unless otherwise announced by the Organizing Committee.

4. Submission and Participation

Participants are responsible for ensuring that all registration information is accurate and complete.
Incomplete, inaccurate, duplicated, late, or technically unreadable submissions may be rejected.
Once submitted, artworks may not be replaced or substantially modified unless approved by the Organizing Committee.

5. Judging and Results

Eligible artworks will be evaluated according to the official judging criteria, including creativity, relevance to the theme, artistic expression, emotional impact, and technical quality.
The judges' decisions are final and binding.
Individual judging records and internal deliberations shall remain confidential.

6. Awards and International Exhibition

Awards and benefits shall be granted in accordance with the official competition structure.
Receiving an award does not automatically guarantee participation in the international exhibition unless otherwise specified.
Any exhibition, transportation, visa, accommodation, insurance, or travel arrangements shall be communicated separately where applicable.

7. Personal Information and Privacy

By registering for the competition, participants and their parents or legal guardians consent to MiaArt collecting and processing the necessary personal information for:

Competition administration
Communication
Judging
Certification
Exhibition arrangements
Participant support

Non-sensitive and aggregated participant information may be shared with official sponsors or strategic partners for reporting, audience analysis, and approved partnership activities in accordance with applicable privacy regulations.

Personal contact information will never be publicly disclosed without consent unless required by law.

8. Publicity Consent

Participants agree that their names, schools, age categories, award results, photographs, interviews, videos, and event participation may be published through the competition's official communication channels and media partners.

10. Disqualification

The Organizing Committee may disqualify a participant if:

The artwork is copied, traced, generated by another person, or falsely attributed.
The participant provides incorrect or misleading information.
The submission infringes the intellectual property or other legal rights of any third party.
The participant violates any official competition rules or submission requirements.
The participant or their representative engages in inappropriate conduct that may affect the fairness, integrity, reputation, or public image of the competition.

The Organizing Committee reserves the right to revoke awards, certificates, exhibition opportunities, or any other recognition if any violation is discovered before or after the announcement of results.

10. Disqualification

The Organizing Committee may disqualify a participant if:

The artwork is copied, traced, generated by another person, or falsely attributed.
The participant provides incorrect or misleading information.
The submission infringes the intellectual property or other legal rights of any third party.
The participant violates any official competition rules or submission requirements.
The participant or their representative engages in inappropriate conduct that may affect the fairness, integrity, reputation, or public image of the competition.

11. Changes and Cancellation

The Organizing Committee reserves the right to modify the competition schedule, submission period, judging process, exhibition arrangements, award structure, event format, or any other aspect of the competition when necessary due to operational requirements, force majeure, venue availability, governmental regulations, or other circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

Any significant changes will be announced through the competition's official communication channels.
